It is rare to find KPOP groups topping the charts prior to debut, but here’s one we should look forward to:
On March 21, SubKulture Entertainment, in partnership with DSP Media, has officially announced K.A.R.D’s first ever appearance in the U.S. with “WILD K.A.R.D. 2017: The 1st Tour in America”, and it’s happening in MAY!
The tour will take place in three different cities: CHICAGO, HOUSTON and LOS ANGELES; it will also include CANADA and BRAZIL, although the dates are yet to be announced.
Let us get to know K♠RD:
K.A.R.D. is a South Korean co-ed group formed by DSP Media in 2016. The name stands for King, Ace, JokeR, and HiDden. The group is consisting of two male rappers: J.Seph and BM, and two female vocals: Somin and Jiwoo.
To date, they topped the worldwide charts because they impressed the world with the release of two project singles, ‘Oh NaNa’ featuring hidden member and labelmate, HUR YOUNG JI and ‘Don’t Recall’ which came with a hidden English version; Their highly anticipated third project single is to be released soon. ‘Don’t Recall’ hit #1 and ‘Oh NaNa’ hit #2 on the U.S. K-pop iTunes chart. ‘Don’t Recall’ hit #5 and ‘Oh NaNa’ hit #6 on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales Chart.
