At around 6PM VVIP ticket holders were escorted inside the venue, as they had the opportunity for an exclusive meet and greet with the main man himself! Doors opened at 8PM for general admission. It wasn’t long after we had all settled into our seats (Special thank you to CultofYa for our reserved seat area) at 9:10pm Choice 37 (also signed to YG Entertainment) who had come to accompany ZION T took to the stage for his DJ set, and threw a couple of mixes at the crowd Some of which included DR PEPPER (Diplo, CL, RiFF RAFF and OG Maco) BERMUDA TRIANGE (Zico, Dean and Crush) HELLO BXTCHES (CL) and BANG BANG BANG (Big Bang)
Iconic, sophisticated and truly talented aren’t enough to describe the artist that is ZION T and we were very excited to have been a part of the night! Between the vibes and chills he gave us all, at one point during the show, he paused his intro, and started again from the beginning because he wanted it to be PERFECT for his UK fans. The audience broke out with endless “Awwws” as he then resumed back to his performance.
ZION T has that soothing voice that makes you feel something. His album is full of nothing but cinematic music. Music that makes you feel like you’re in a movie. We look forward to any upcoming ZION T projects in the future. Overall, it was a stunning night, only downside was the concert coming to an end at 10:30PM sadly, but it was definitely memorable! Remember, this is ONLY the start to the year and a GOOD start is has been! Who knows what surprise ZION T and/or YG Entertainment has in store for us next?
Thanks to ZION T, YG Entertainment, and to CultofYa for making it all happen!
